Yann Zhang
CEO
As CEO and Board Member of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Yann Zhang provides strategic, financial, and operational leadership, working with the Executive Management Team and Board of Directors. He aims to grow Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise to an impactful company in the industry, creating value for customers, partners and employees.
He strongly believes in an innovative spirit, integrity, and morality and in leveraging his global team's different styles and skills to drive innovation and build a high-performance corporate culture.
Yann has over 29 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology industry with a proven track record in sales, service, R&D, product management and business division leadership. Before becoming CEO, Yann held various Executive Vice President (EVP) roles, the most recent as EVP of Enterprise Business at Nokia Shanghai Bell. Before joining the executive ranks, he held various senior leadership roles in Engineering, Customer Service, Research & Development and Sales. Yann holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Engineering.
Rasheed Mohamad
Global Revenue and Operations Officer
Rasheed is an expert international executive with global leadership experience in business transformation at both strategic and operational levels. As the Global Revenue and Operations Officer at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, he leads the Global Operations, Business Technology, Quality and ESG teams and is accountable for maximizing revenue generation after booking. Rasheed’s success in transforming operations by delivering the highest level of efficiency and excellent customer satisfaction has been recognized by international awards. A clear vision and a results-oriented approach drive Rasheed as he implements key cross-functional initiatives within the company.
As sponsor of the ALE #GoGreen program, Rasheed is committed to finding new technologies that contribute to protecting our natural capital, building sustainable cities, and limiting global climate change. Rasheed has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry and held various management roles in project management, process & budget management, R&D, supply chain, IT/IS and business operations.
Nicolas Brunel
EVP, STRATEGY, PEOPLE AND TRANSFORMATION OFFICER & PRESIDENT OF ALE INTERNATIONAL
As Executive Vice President of the Strategy, People & Transformation Office, Nicolas Brunel supports CEO and EMT in this organization to define our Strategy, bring Transformation Office, HR, and Real Estate under one integrated leadership to further strengthen alignment and impact across the Group.
Nicolas is also the President of ALE International, the group’s headquarters in France. Since his appointment to this role in March 2019, he has served as company representative, responding to ALE's legal obligations, heading the relationship with employees and Union representatives, as well as promoting the company in France.
Stephan Robineau
EVP, PRODUCT BUSINESS GROUP & PRESIDENT OF ALE USA
Stephan Robineau is a seasoned international business executive and board member with global leadership experience in driving strategic growth and business transformation. As Executive Vice President, Product Business Group , Stephan Robineau leads an outstanding and diverse talent pool that has been consolidated within the Product Business Group (PBG).
Throughout his 20+ years in executive positions in networking, Stephan has delivered growth and innovation to transform organizations and processes for business-driven automation, simplification and quality.
Moussa Zaghdoud
EVP, CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & SERVICES
Moussa Zaghdoud, an entrepreneur by nature, is passionate about innovation, creativity, and enabling customer success. He is convinced the key to success is empowering multicultural teams to increase their individual impact, promoting innovation and creativity. Also essential is the meaningful collaboration across various domains and skills, which in his case span software development, artificial intelligence, security, big data, worldwide data centre operations, business development and customer care.
As Executive Vice President, Customer Experience & Services, Moussa leads the CES organisation that designs value-added services and end-to-end vertical solutions that maximize recurring revenue, renewals, and upselling across the customer journey. We leverage our cloud ecosystem and technological expertise to deliver service and support excellence, ensuring the highest standards of quality and driving both partner and customer satisfaction.
Marc Blecken
EVP, Finance
As Executive Vice President of Finance in Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Marc Blecken manages the company’s finance functions – from controlling to accounting, treasury, tax, reporting as well as mergers and acquisitions. He leads ALE’s financial operations with a cooperative and agile approach.
Marc is an enthusiastic leader with over 20 years of international finance experience in leadership roles across Germany, France and the United States. He was instrumental in the setup of ALE as a stand-alone company after the spin-off from Alcatel-Lucent (now part of Nokia), and has since helped to shape the ALE Finance organization with a focus on digital transformation, addressing customer needs and to support sustainable growth.
Sandrine El Khodry
EVP, GLOBAL SALES AND MARKETING
Sandrine M. El Khodry is a senior executive with over three decades of experience in the ICT and telecommunications sectors. As Executive Vice President Global Sales & Marketing at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, she oversees worldwide strategic growth, transformation, and market expansion.
Her career path reflects deep operational and leadership expertise, shaped by key roles at Airbus, British Telecom, and euNetworks, where she led complex business initiatives and managed large-scale, multicultural teams. Known for her ability to drive sustainable growth and lead through change, Sandrine brings together strategic clarity, market insight, and an empowering leadership style.
